We have not flown yet as I write this....been trying for a year and a half. Steve has been extremely accommodating in trying to get us in the air. Lots of rescheduling and I get it the weather has to be perfect if not well don't want to be on one of those balloon rides that ends up on the news. We have gotten phone calls to try to get us to fly on days that they are flying but our work schedules haven't been as accommodating. Hoping to fly soon!

Had an awesome flight. Thanks to an excellent pilot Steve. Everyone was very friendly and inviting. To those complaining about cancellations and rescheduling: trust me it's worth the wait. I didn't understand until I got up in the air. I also see how important it is for the weather to be just right before you can go up. It took us about 1 year of scheduling to make it. You must be patient and flexible, they will NOT take you up when it's unsafe, and that is a good thing. Happy Flying!

We have been rescheduled 14 times and still have not gone. 2 years later and we are still waiting. We have taken multiple days off work and booked a hotel as we do not live in the area, scheduled over a weekend so we didn't need days off work, double booked per their recommendation. It costs us more than it's worth. Still waiting for a refund which is never granted. Seems like bad customer service to take someone's money but not provide the service. Awesome! Been up 4 times over the last 10 years. Incredible views! Family that runs the business is great. Had to reschedule a few times due to wind but that is expected with all Balloons. Don't get too set on date as weather needs to be ideal to fly. Grandma, Wife, Son all had great time on different flights. Memory of lifetime for sure! Can't say enough how amazing the crew and overall experience is. Top notch & highly recommended!
