Cheaply built, always fell apart (the maintenance crew was awesome, guess they have to be when the apartments are constantly falling apart), and had roaches (to the point that we had to throw stuff out because of the infestation when we moved out). If you decide to go here make sure they do their job and charge you for the right amount and not wait 6 months and expect you to backpay them for a fee they forgot to add to your account. We lived here for a year and couldn’t wait to get out after the backpay incident.
Very quick with repairs. Fixed my microwave within two days.
