CHEAPLY BUILD ,LOW QUALITY MATERIALS !!! the company that owns them are very lucky we have military and government employees because they are the only ones who can afford it !!! If you can pay that much rent on some bodys else's property, you should just buy a house !!! I visited one of them apartments with a friend and u can here people arguing next door and kids screaming!!! ...the friend who was living there also told me at times you can hear people having sex like bunch of rock stars!!!..
