Jenn was absolutely Amazing from greeting us as we walked in to offering us food they had in the clubhouse to thoroughly walking us through the property. Put down deposit and application fee but my son a United States Marine was offered amazing deals at another community down the road that it would have been foolish not to take the offer. Thank you Jenn for your professionalism and your word in us obtaining our holding fee back since it was less then 2 hours a decision was made.
I love this place! It’s so homie and so welcoming! The views are honestly amazing. And Jennifer is the sweetest! God bless her! 10/10 if you’d wanna be closer too the beach. Ps. My husband is a gym rat and loves all the equipment!
