Overall everything has been good! Ladies in the office are very nice ,friendly and helpful. Have had a couple issues and the maintenance guys came and fixed it quickly and are also nice and helpful.So far I am enjoying it here and feel very comfortable and at home.
Jenn was absolutely Amazing from greeting us as we walked in to offering us food they had in the clubhouse to thoroughly walking us through the property. Put down deposit and application fee but my son a United States Marine was offered amazing deals at another community down the road that it would have been foolish not to take the offer. Thank you Jenn for your professionalism and your word in us obtaining our holding fee back since it was less then 2 hours a decision was made.
