Love love love this bank everyone knows you by name just a good feeling Everytime you walk in...I'm pretty much a 50 yr old 5 year old and jack up my accounts all the time, the ladies in Oregon branch never hesitate help be get back on track and keep me from freaking out . the best..
I got my last name changed on my debit card. They told me a new one will be here within 5-7 business days. It's day 9 and still no card.. called and all they told me was to come in the next day for a printed card. Been there done that... that card sucks to use anywhere a chip is needed. So they shut my card off this morning, with no way of money. Since the new app doesn't let you know now, I didn't know until I went to the store... P.S the new app will not give you texts about payments.
Staff is very friendly and helpful . Love the new website and App. We have been with Stillman over 30 years and have never had bad service .

This place has went downhill, first with the debit cards being changed to discover. Awful most places don't accept it. Secondly post balances and any transactions seem to be delivered a day slower than any bank around here.
