My dad has been at this facility for 4 months and has fallen 4 times. The fall last week resulted in a fractured hip requiring rod placement for stabilization in Plano. Staff did not get him help for over 24 hours after he repeatedly complained of severe pain. He was admitted to this facility because he is a fall risk and we trusted them to keep him safe, they did not. They're even interfering with a transfer to another facility by his POA. This is the worst facility I have ever dealt with. My father was admitted on February 17 and since then he has had four bad falls. This last fall he ended up with a broken hip and a brain bleed. They were aware my dad fell on the 18th and they did not do anything about it until the 19th when they finally xrayed his hip and discovered it was fractured.
