I went in last month. Never again.
They want to collect a $25 cancellation fee on a first appointment without notice that that is policy. The staff stated it’s on our invoice. It’s the first appointment, I didn’t have an invoice, she said it’s on our phone, my call was answered, I didn’t hear a message. When I called to cancel the appointment, nothing was said at that time. When I called to reschedule, nothing was said at that time, but now that my appointment is tomorrow, you are calling for a credit card number to pay the fee. That’s bad business.
