I am looking into building a new home and this builder has a new community in a great location off of Paseo. That said, I have no time to even bother with a company or trust they build a decent home when they can’t even get their website together. Nothing works! Incredibly frustrating. Thank God Pulte is also building a new community over by the academy.

I just bought a townhome on Papaya St. Very poor sound insulation. I can hear my neighbors closing kitchen cabinets pretty loud, I hear them walking up and down stairs, TV and sometimes even voices. That's worse than living in an apartment! The kitchen island was too close to the fridge and it was difficult to get things in and out. I moved it by 8 inches and re-did the plumbing. I still can't get the fridge out without removing the doors.
