I don't understand why this dentist has ignored my room mate's pleas for help with the post-extraction pain she has suffered over the 5 day holiday weekend. The emergency line she called took 2 days to return her calls and then wouldn't do anything to help. This dentist repeatedly refused to even see her, and sent her to the emergency room for antibiotics that he could have called in to the pharmacy to save her the pain and increased hassle of going to the emergency room on the Friday of a 4th of July weekend.
