Love the people there, they make you feel comfortable.
What a friendly place. That helps when you are not having your best day. Positive people greet you. Once I'm in the pool "all is right with my world". Love Juanita's water aerobics class. Work with trainer Sheryl E "a fine example of knowledge, you can do it attitude, cheerleader, and friend". She keeps us laughing and working hard thru the workout. SAC is a lifesaver. Linda Lonneker
