It’s insane when it’s so cold inside all you can think about is leaving. Our beef was also so blue one cold not eat it. Disappointing for someplace I used to like.

Horrible Dining Experience. My husband, myself and 2 friends had Dinner at the 'Still Worldly Eclectic Tapas' in Portsmouth.. Unless you like very small servings of Overpriced Food, example: Cold Crab cake, a Spoonful of Pasta with 2 shrimp, And last but not least joking aside the Caprice ... 2 pieces of pita bread with melted mozzarella and 2 pieces of tomato..lol never ever will I go back or recommend this joke of a restaurant to any of my friends! #wenthomehungry #ripoff #rudemanager
