Thank you to Russ and Beth for making my first float an experience to remember. They take the time to educate you prior to float and they talk to you about your experience afterwards. I chose to do my first float in a tank instead of pod and did a dark float with stars. The water and air were very warm making me feel like I was one with the tank. I got to try out "floating" before the official opening, and I am booking my next floats already. I went in with some severe back pain and now it's gone. I know there's no cure for what I have, and the pain will return at some point, but what the float did was relax all those tight muscles around my spine. I feel amazing, energized, and creative. Thanks, Beth, for allowing me to try this on for size. I loved it.
