Oh my goodness. Russ was awesome. I was welcomed into a warm environment and was able to ask questions. I sat on a couch that was perfect and got into the mindset of my first float. I wanted to be open minded, and I'm glad I was able to do that. I was afraid that I wouldn't like the lights off and the sound off but I found it had happened sooner than I thought.
