Dan did a great and thorough inspection. He walks you through the details and spends enough time with the client on the inspection site. Highly recommended.

I hired Dan for an offer on a home that I was suspicious was being misrepresented by the sellers, but that I wanted to love. During the inspection, Dan was exceptionally professional, and thorough, while still being personable and inviting. He proved that the home was being misrepresented, and that the roof was actively leaking despite the insistence of the sellers agents.
