I have only been to three classes and I'm hooked! The instructors are fantastic and very supportive. Excellent workout but it's so damn fun the time goes way too fast. I'm so glad I checked it out. Try it; you won't be disappointed.

Working out here is the best decision I've ever made. It's fun and challenging, but also easy to start. I came with no upper body strength, but now I'm basically Catwoman :) Update. Still coming almost three years later, still Catwoman
