My tech was great. However, a walk-in was handled before me and I had an appointment. Not good! Also, talking in front of customers in native language is extremely rude.
Went to get my nails done before vacation. Had them on for 4-5 days and two of them popped off completely. I was on vacation by this point and couldn’t come in and get them redone. Came back and received half off. Which I didn’t feel was a horrible compromise. A fill is $40 so I assumed $20 was going to be my total. Well I still somehow got charged $30 for a fill. Where is the half off? I like my nails once redone which is the reason I’m giving it a 3 star but won’t be going back personally.
