We’ve dealt with more than one pool company before going to stiles for a winter cover. They were quick to respond and came over with a quote. They contacted us as soon as the cover came in and set up install right away. The cover looks great. This all might sound basic but after dealing with other pool companies that don’t call back or give you the run around, Stiles has been our best experience yet.

We needed a lot of help with our in-ground pool. From a new liner to help getting the pumps working. They got everything done perfectly and professionally. And best of all, quickly, so we could still enjoy most of the summer with the pool! Thank you!

I had Stiles reinstall our safety cover after we had new concrete poured this summer. 16 out of 20 holes drilled look like this. The owner stated they used the same drill bit on 20-30 pools prior to ours (should of use a new bit according to every company I’ve talked to) but blames it on the concrete not having enough time to cure (60 days between pouring and drilling, more than enough time). Don’t waste your time calling Stiles, take your money somewhere else.
