My case was special (if not troublesome)... I wanted to buy a property in Marshfield while I wasn't even in the country, and couldn't be present on closing day. So there were some problems arising... first my purchase would be closed in POA, second I wasn't even sure if the bank allowed me to transfer that much without my physical presence on closing day.
