This had to be hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a Jewelry store. I was in town to visit relatives and needed a birthday gift so went here. BIG MISTAKE,HUGE! The Lady that helped me was such a b*@#h,thinking she was some hot commodity or something. I found what I wanted and she kept trying to get me to purchase something more expensive. I spent $1,400 and was treated like crap by Nikki. Do Not Spend Your Money Here!!
My and I went to Stiles to buy a Christmas present for his girlfriend. They did not have what we were looking for so he paid in advance and had the item special ordered. Over $200.00 later the clerk who was assisting us seem to get upset that he did not want to purchase anything else other than the exact item he was looking for. She became very rude about he not having a gift for her to open on Christmas and quote "you are going to be sorry if you don't get her something until the special order arrives". My husband being the sweet guy he is thought I would like a Pandora bracelet and charms for Christmas, now don't get me wrong it is very pretty but not my thing. He called the store before he went there asked "if she does not like this can she bring it back?", he was told sure no problem by the owner... WHAT HE NEGELECTED to add was no refunds, store credit only. It did state it on the receipt but, he did not see it and it was never mentioned to him. very overpriced... and won't do any returns whatsoever even if you have just walked out the door and get a phone call finding out that is cheaper somewhere else...it's ridiculous...
If anyone is looking for great service and price they should consider Stiles Jewelers. I purchased a beautiful engagement ring and band there, and it was a great experience. I shopped other jewelers closer to Atlanta and they could not match the quality of diamonds that Kurt Stiles could produce. My fiance and I are very pleased with the quality and personal service of Kurt and Olga Stiles, and would always recommend their services!
