Extremely unprofessional experience. I was explicitly told that I would be the first person to see the apartment and received a confirmation the morning of my showing. I made the trip (from out of state), only for them to cancel ten minutes before the appointment because the apartment was “no longer available.” I had also repeatedly tried calling a few days beforehand with no response. Completely disrespectful of my time and very poor communication.
Brandy and Carmen have been extremely helpful with my moving process last month especially with moving from out of town, very professional and my needs were met regarding the apartment.
I move in on February 2026 thanks to the help of Brandy for helping me get this one bedroom apartment she’s a great person you can text or call her at anytime and she’s always willing to help you thank you
Building maintenance is responsive to fix issues. Gilberto came and installed a new sink, vanity, and made sure everything was cleaned before leaving.
