Completely fumbled the bag and ruined my chances on being a good person today after experience my time with Reyna. She Went above and beyond on her part on helping me trying to get this problem fixed which she did and was very blunt about her policies which I can respect. Yeah I wasn’t the best person to deal with and Reyna just kept it legit and professional (wish I can be like her at my job), Just wanna say sorry to Reyna and tell her that next time I’ll be for sure to give her a sorry and thank you.
