As someone in customer service 20 years it was a breath of fresh air to be helped by cardianna she was professional let me pick out and review multiple products gave me an overview of each item. She is the main reason I only come to this stizzy. Give her a raise!!!
Beware of their cartridge return policy. I am a disabled retiree and it is not easy for me to get around. I tried to return a cartridge that would not pull at all on red setting with 2 warmups. It was a mere TWO DAYS past their 7 day policy. They would not replace an ADMITTEDLY DEFECTIVE cartridge over 2 days for someone disabled! Now, you are not only losing a $150 per month customer, but imo a large portion of your standards of morality. Goodbye forever, fools! Options? We both know there is only 1 option. Here's why...
