I have visited this shop on different occasions, and unfortunately, I’ve had a rather uncomfortable experience with one of the employees. This is the second time this person has made me feel watched and uncomfortable, but the most concerning part is that they took a photo of my ID. I fully understand that you are required by law to verify ID, but taking a direct photo of it violates customer privacy and is not proper verification procedure. I hope management can review their staff's privacy protocols and customer service.
