Great choice of gears, especially for arborists. We love their silky hand saw.
Phone call today to get a replacement handle for a chainsaw that was needed rather quickly. No other Stihl store were able to source it. Luke was able to quickly contact their other store in Joondalup and source the part with no problems. Luke organised to have it brought to Osborne Park. I ended up collecting it from Joondalup as I was heading that way. Great service!
The customer service at Stihl Shop Osborne Park is outstanding. The team always goes above and beyond to help us out, taking the time to source the exact equipment and climbing gear we need. It’s clear they really care about their customers and know their stuff. Highly recommend!
