Customer service last.... unfortunately I won't be returning after being ignored by two staff members who were more interested in looking things up on their computers than serving customers in the shop. Guess I will be buying online from now on.
The man at the counter was super help full and I achieved what is was after with no fuss thanks guys
Great experience friendly helpful staff
Very poor. Given the few days involved post-warranty, I was charged for an item's repair that Stihl admitted they'd have covered. Thanks to the financial opportunism, I haven't returned to this store. Other Stihl outlets have been great.
