I stopped into the STIHL Shop Kirwan with a slight problem I couldn't work out on my whipper snipper. I reluctantly ducked in with my tail between my legs as I'd even asked an AI bot how to sort it out, but even it couldn't work out the problem! I was expecting a bit of eye-rolling, but instead two friendly and helpful guys took a quick look, worked out the issue in a couple of minutes, and had me back up and running almost immediately.
