Great product knowledge and old fashioned service
Excellent service dropped off my generator it keeped surging let them know I needed it to go camping in the next day or so the guys got straight onto it and now it runs perfect. If I could give them more stars I would

I dropped my Stihl whipper snipper in for a service. I was charged $50 for to diagnose a faulty carburettor. It was the going to cost $350 to fix. (A new one is $429). I went to pick it up and they gave it back to me in pieces. It was working when I dropped it off. Absolutely appalling service - $50 to ruin my half working whipper snipper. I’m astonished that this is considered acceptable by the store. They also couldn’t price match on a new whipper snipper.
