Very prompt streamlined customer service. The item I required wasn’t in store so after discussing what I wanted to use the equipment for they checked it out and ordered it in. I was contacted when my purchase had arrived in store. It was assembled and ready to use. I didn’t have to follow up at all. Thank you
I have been using Stihl Cockburn since it opened. Andrew has always been fantastic to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. Always states the timeframe on repairs and costs and as a business this is an important factor. I have all my equipment serviced and repaired here and always my first store to purchase new equipment. What is this meaning? I don’t know if it’s rudeness or something else: when I finished purchasing a chainsaw bar and ask the staff can they accept a replacement if I find out the size if not right, this gentleman ripped off the package directly and said it may save me some times. I am confused at that moment, not knowing this behaviour is a friend joking or just misunderstanding.
