What is this meaning? I don’t know if it’s rudeness or something else: when I finished purchasing a chainsaw bar and ask the staff can they accept a replacement if I find out the size if not right, this gentleman ripped off the package directly and said it may save me some times. I am confused at that moment, not knowing this behaviour is a friend joking or just misunderstanding.

Brought a combi engine in with a starter motor issue. Fixed in 5 mins and charged $5. No 2 week weight, simply fixed on the spot. This is what happens when the bloke behind the counter is not just a salesman. Highly recommend
