I had my 2 Stihl saws serviced at this store last year. They didn't get used due to unforeseen circumstances until I required them recently. I did change the fuel and attempt to start them a couple of times over the last 8 months. One of the saws had a carby service but has never been so hard to start in its life. I took the saw back last week and was told it was because I had flooded it. I was also told that they only offer 3 month warranty on their service work. NEVER AGAIN!!! PLEASE AVIOD & better find another stihl store not this one. this store WILL NOT REPLACE, NOT REFUND & ARROGANT if you buy BRAND NEW equipment from them. Friendly and informative service, a huge range of equipment and no qualms replacing the battery charger that failed after a few months of service.
