On Tuesday I broke a bond on a front tooth from years ago flossing. I immediately called the office of my dentist and got added to the end of DR.JACKSON's day Thursday. Im sure he and his assistant were tired after a long day, however as always I was made to feel at ease and like family. My front tooth bonding looks like he gave me a veneer vs a repair! Didn't think there could be a worst dental office than Wheat Dental but these guys take the cake. They got paid hundreds of dollars from my insurance and I still had a balance. Because I haven't been able to pay that $300 balance they denied a relative of mine services. Said that until I paid my balance in full they wouldn't see anyone who was related to me. All I can say is WOW!!
