My wife and I were with them for 10 years. Cleanings and basics. We needed 2 veneers done and an implant. . They tried to say we needed or shud have $20,000 work done. REMEMBER they don’t TAKE INSURANCE. ! Cleanings they did. Nothin else . Long story short my wife had an appointment and already had 1/2 the implant already done Dr Stiehl was working on her and she gagged on the mold he put in her. He stopped work and said nothin more. This practice is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! I’ve always been nervous going to the dentist, but Jenna and Dr. Stiehl made me feel very at ease! Dr. Stiehl does great work and is VERY gentle!! The front desk ladies are just as welcoming! Thank y’all for being so kind!!
The whole staff is amazing!! I enjoy going to the dentist because of them!
Editing my review because I wanted to continue seeing Dr Jackson, however they've told me my insurance won't pay for another exam and I'd have to pay the full amount up front to be seen. They told me they're purposely out of network with insurance so that they can collect the insurance portion and then bill you the same amount. I told them in that case, they can cancel the appointment because I can't afford so much out of pocket. This practice has changed over the years and not for the better. I have been a patient here for over 10 years. After I complained that they filed a claim with my insurance company for X-rays that they didn’t take on my previous visit they told me that they were no longer going to treat me as a patient. They have also started charging a 2.5% credit card fee as well. Ever since this practice has taken on more partners it has become more of a corporate entity that cares more about making money than it does about it’s patients.
