Contacted regarding hot water system failure. Acted quickly to get Rural and remote plumbing services to us. Had it all fixed on first visit and were extremely pleasant the entire time. Highly recommend as they live up to their warranty.

Worst company I've dealt with for warranty support. I install around 6 to 8 of these 3 phase HWS's and will be using the Rheem 3 phase unit from now on which is also $500 cheaper. A 5 year warranty not honored after 4 years is ridiculous after i supplied the plumbers receipt for supply and install. They need a Compliance certificate after 4 years of installation and after installing dozens and dozens of these units over the years, i'll never use their Company again.
