Extremely terrible. I installed water heater model (DHCE 8/50) on 22 Feb 2024. the unit worked fine until 8 Oct 2024. I contacted Stiebel Eltron Service on 8 Oct and and sent to them all requested documents. They sent to me an email that a technician will contact you in 24-48 hours, but this never happened until I chassed them three times. finally the technician arrived after about a week without hot water. I recently bought a Stieble Eltron Hot water unit -SNU 10 for an under sink hot water system. I am quite happy with water system which works great and refills and heats its tank within about 15 min from empty (80degs Sydney tap water supply October) The stand out is actually the before and after sales service from Jonny (Sydney Biz Dev Manager. Stay away from these corporate criminals, they sell inferior products that fail within the warranty period then play the blame game in order to get out of their warranty obligations.

I am very happy with our new Stiebel Eltron panel heaters. They were easy to wall mount, look neat and tidy and work very well. They warm up quickly and operate silently. We used to have cheap Bunnings panel heaters that both failed after a single winter. It just goes to show that buying cheap doesn't save you money.
