I ordered 1/4 chicken white.. cooked perfect with no rub or smoke flavor at all.. southern rice was probably 3 days old and the green beans probably out of a can along with the cinnamon apples. I'd be telling someone to dust off their resume and hit the road!
At 4:30 in the afternoon they were out ribs. I opted for the wings which were prepared wrong and burnt on all the edges. The wait staff was friendly and tried to make up for the short comings of the kitchen. I won’t go back.
We had the buffet and everything was fine. Server was very nice and did a good job
Order was wrong. Sat for over a hour waiting with no drinks. Finally food arrived, Then the waitress dropped it on the floor. After our food came again we had to wait for silverware to be washed before we could eat. Plus half of my family didn't have thier food, primarily my children. I have never had service that has ever been this bad, if it wasn't for our hungry children we would have left after the first 40 minutes with out food or drinks. The place was not even busy. The food was delicious and the service was great! Walked over there after sitting at Chili's and waiting for someone to take my drink order for 20 minutes. It was a pleasant change!
