Never visited the physical location, but my experience with Henry via Email was very Prompt, professional and personal. Never felt like I was conversing with a robot. He also sent samples over of various sizes and colors so we could get a feel for what to expect and That sealed the deal! We've had terrible experiences with custom inventory label companies ranging from page limitations, no color options, even to the point where we needed to use different vendors to accommodate our ranging needs.
