I will start by saying that I have used them in the past with no issues, This time it was awful, the sales rep could not figure out a simple request to verify the size of the print area on a design I sent with and without cut lines!! After a few days of useless back and forth all I would get for replies was "how do you want to proceed"" seems like they work overseas and have a basic script to follow! I'll pay more and get it local, not worth the hassles!
I've tried and tried with these folks but I'm giving up. I ordered 3x9 bumper stickers recently and although the sticker is 3x9 the picture on the sticker is only 2x7 leaving a ton of white space. I reached back out and Ashley stated it's what I sent in and approved. Complete nonsense. When you order 3x9 the picture should be 3x9. They also took 2 days and 2 emails from me before I even got a response where they take no responibity. Worst customer service ... resized my artwork and then blamed me for not telling them to print at 100% ... had purchased in the past and never had to ASK THEM TO PRINT AS IS, all this grief over $10. WTG, StickersBanners, hope you enjoy the extra $10 you get this time, because never a $$$ more!!!
This company lies on their website about pricing and try to charge you extra after you place your order. When I contact customer service the rep disconnected the chat and ignored me completely! They are violating FTC deceptive pricing rules and should be investigated. Please spend your money elsewhere with a reputable company.
