Waited for 2.5 hours with my name on a list. Was pushed to the back of the list because I needed a drink and my vehicle left the parking lot I am a disabled veteran who is missing a leg and I was told that if I left the parking lot again I would be punished similarly. Do you have a parking lot watching business? I can sign up at Supercuts and shop the adjoining stores as long as I am present when my name is called. Another good experience for my inspection today. I've been utilizing this business intermittently for years. The gentleman there has always been very cordial - chatty, no- rude , no. He's a one man show trying to move everyone through as quickly as possible while adhering to the state laws/expectations. It's a very busy place. Never have I been encouraged to change windshield wipers or have my headlights treated, wasn't needed. You walk in and sign in, on the sheet. When it's your turn they come out to your car and let you know. If everything is legal and in order you are all set. Very professional and was on my way in no time at all.
