My husband came to the shop for an inspection. The inspector used a razor blade to scrape-off the old sticker and peeled-off the window tint in the process. Now the window has a huge gash in the tint and is peeling. The tint was less than a year old. We contacted the owner to ask him what he would do the rectify the problem, he was argumentative, rude, and said he would do nothing about the damage they did to our car.
