We have used Stick and Stone for a variety of purposes - individual, youth and marriage counselling. Every counsellor we’ve interacted with has offered compassionate and informed care. The administrative team has been very helpful in ensuring we are able to utilize our insurance benefits. Fantastic team to work with all around - highly recommend!

I asked to book services for my daughter and let them know we had insurance. Only after the session did they tell me they would not direct bill the first claim but not to worry that it would be covered. It was $175. When I manually submitted my insurance turned it down because the therapist is not fully licensed here yet (not disclosed to me when booked) and does not meet the criteria for insurance. During the first session the therapist told my daughter she should switch schools without consulting me. This made both of us u... read more
They were so amazing. I enjoyed the MHFA course a lot. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!
