Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone... extremely poor customer service . Voice recording with phone number,etc speaks entirely too fast and not clear. Phone number for pay by phone is not listed on the website and nearly impossible to obtain by contacting company
Unfortunately leaving a bad review for a company that monopolizes your area is pointless, other than confirming to other people that they are not the only ones that get horrible service, frequent complete loss of water without any indication as to when it will return. This is enough to make me want to move!
There has been a boil order for almost a week BUT customers have NOT been informed by the company of this. How are we supposed to know?!? Poor communication at its finest!!!!!
