I've had trouble with rejected payments expensive service they broke my water main when they went to new meters then refused to help with the ridiculous bill or even admit they did anything to cause the break the costumer service is horrible don't use their online payment company they will reject for no reason then you have to pay a fee the take no responsibility for their technicians or their online payment service nothing but problems update 2 or 3 years later service was cutoff my fault however they are charging meter ren... read more
Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone... extremely poor customer service . Voice recording with phone number,etc speaks entirely too fast and not clear. Phone number for pay by phone is not listed on the website and nearly impossible to obtain by contacting company
Unfortunately leaving a bad review for a company that monopolizes your area is pointless, other than confirming to other people that they are not the only ones that get horrible service, frequent complete loss of water without any indication as to when it will return. This is enough to make me want to move!
