Unfortunately leaving a bad review for a company that monopolizes your area is pointless, other than confirming to other people that they are not the only ones that get horrible service, frequent complete loss of water without any indication as to when it will return. This is enough to make me want to move!
There has been a boil order for almost a week BUT customers have NOT been informed by the company of this. How are we supposed to know?!? Poor communication at its finest!!!!!
Complete breakdown and failure to communicate with customers when there are water supply issues. Calls go unanswered and/or returned. The community of Woodall is basically held hostage and left with empty faucets for days during outages.
