I was scared to get Botox outside of a dermatology office, however-this was even better than the dermatologist I visited previously. The woman who does the procedure is super nice and I enjoyed our conversation. She does not try to up sell you and it's very comfortable coming up with a treatment plan with her. She offered numbing creme which actually helped a lot, and some soothing creme for afterwards. So as I get a little older, I wanted to maybe not look it! Kim changed my life. I didn’t realize how much confidence I would gain feeling and looking youthful. So happy with the results. For sure addicted. 10 out of 10 would def recommend. I’ve been back 3x already ❤️🔥
