I would not recommend bringing your push mower here. I took mine to them and they told me the engine is no longer good. And they told me they checked and that the pressure in the engine is not enough and it wasn’t good and then charged me $50 for doing nothing . When I took it to a different shop they got it fixed and charged me $30. I will never bring my equipment here again again.
Honestly, do not bring your mower here. I got mine back after a service, and it was missing an air filter and barely had any oil. Unreal. The customer service is atrocious—Britney acted like I was bothering her, then I was stuck in a loop of phone transfers. Kenzie was nice but useless, and Nick sounded clueless. Then there was Ashley worst in customer service. I asked for the spanish guy and they just said he wasn't there. Absolute circus, avoid this place. At least the spanish guy would help unlike these clowns.
Stopped in to grab a new mower and blower, but the store was a ghost town. Waited 15 minutes and nobody ever showed up. Finally saw an employee named Ashley, but she had a terrible attitude when I asked for help. Super disappointing customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. So I went to Driggers instead in Summerville way better service.
Smith and Turf of Charleston is my go-to supplier for all of my landscaping requirements. The employee, Ashley, who works at the front desk, consistently demonstrates a professional demeanor. She exhibits patience in addressing all of my inquiries. I will undoubtedly continue to patronize this establishment.
My go to shop for all my equipment, lighting, and irrigation needs. Hands down they have been key in the success and growth of our business.
