I would like to thank Lee and the STI team for excellent customer service. When I first came to look at their Toro inventory, I was not treated as a window shopper, but as a potential client. Many power equipment stores make you feel like you’re just one of many… I was greeted at the door, and sales rep Lee showed me different model Toro’s. Next time I came in I walked out with the Toro Grandstand 52” BIG BLOCK KAWASAKI!!! If you are looking for a local dealer who cares about their clients come to STI Turf Care Equipment!

My son and I visited STI to look at their new and pre owned commercial mowers and had a lot of questions that Lee Hodges the salesmen answered with his expertise and professionalism. So many times when you shop for pricey items staff leave you on your own to browse or feel your not a potential buyer. He listened to our questions and we listened to his knowledge of their products. So thank you Lee and when get ready to make our purchase we will be looking for you. If you’re shopping ask for Lee.

Not a great experience with these guys. Appalling order process and communication. Highly recommend trying somewhere else

They told me they have one at another location and if that is what I wanted they could get it here that week. I then went back... read more
