I used this company ( 4355 Golf Acres Drive Charlotte, NC 28208) to get parts from and it took over 4 weeks to receive parts from. It also takes their sales rep a long time to respond or return calls. This is the only close dealer we can get parts from for our piece of equipment we have so we are kinda stuck with it. Needless to say it has tied up our bay for quit awhile with this piece of equipment waiting on parts. I'm not impressed.
After spending over $7000.00 on a mower and over $2000.00 on Echo tools for a lawn business. The first time I tried to change the edger blade the screw was stripped. Their customer service response: Too bad, want to buy another one? BUYER BEWARE if you have a problem. Edger was $89 new, to fix $45 in parts and $50 service fee. They are great when you are buying tools. Just don't come in for anything else.
