Doug and his co-workers were a tremendous help to me with servicing my lawnmower in a timely manner. I really appreciated the excellent customer service they provided.
Used them before for repairs in the past, called this am, asked if they still do push lawn mower repair, they said yes, gave my name, said I'm a returning customer for repairs, same law mower, gave my name and number. No restrictions on website or on the phone when I spoke with the technician. Arrived 30 min later, now they can't seem to find me, then I'm told, "we don't work on Troy-built products".
