RecommendedBig shout out to the staff of STI - Yuma Foothills!! I just had my last appointment and “graduated” back to normal movement. I had a procedure on my Achilles which had to be detached, debridement, graphed, and reattached. The staff was so awesome with me and helped me make and beat goals to get me from knee scooter - to crutches - to a boot - and back in a shoe. I have contacted this company over 4 times after being referred by my doctor. I am still waiting for a call back. I talked with someone and they stated nothing was even processed when it was received. I do not recommend this company at all due to the lack of concern for doing their job.
Wonderful staff and fun to work with. Very knowlegeable and helpful in my workouts.

While servicing me, she provided dignity, compassion, and understanding of the needs of the handicapped and the disabled. She scheduled my appointments according to my schedule making sure that all reasonable accommodation (s) where met. In my lifetime, I have been to many PT companies. By far, STI has been the best treatment. I went to the location on Del Webb Blvd. in Sun City, AZ. I would recommend them highly.
