I called STI to get my maintenance program started and to diagnose and repair if necessary a moaning noise coming from my furnace area. Ted and Garrett showed up and were so courteous and professional. They did a phenomenal job on the cleaning of my air conditioner but even better they diagnosed what the moaning sound is and where it was coming from. A zone motor was going bad. Absolutely fabulous, Ted the tech that came put prompt and quick. He could have just said you need a whole new system and he wouldn't have been wrong. But he saw it was just a motor and some freon and I would be fine for now...with the recommendation of getting a new one soon. I initially took the day off, but he was so quick & efficient I was able to work from home on time! Will absolutely use STI when the time comes to get a new system...fabulous local company!
Called after 5pm on a Sunday and still received a return call with the ability to schedule for the next morning. Jeff was great. In by 9am, found the problem, explained everything and happened to have the replacement part on the truck. Done before 10 am. Very reasonable priced. Much better experience than a few years ago with a local competitor. Stay away from CLIFF’S
