The nurse that was in triage before shift change was so sweet and caring which made the whole process and experience bearable during the pain I was having. The doctor after shift change was so calm and helpful. He explained everything and was reassuring. As a nurse myself I love when I get a caring nurse who actions and words reflect how they love what they do.
