I have not been a patient at this clinic for long I started seeing Dr Tovar this year in June or July when I relocated to Texas and since the clinic was conveniently located in my neighborhood Tres Lagos this is why I chose the this clinic. Well the Dr is polite and attentive but the front desk staff and the Medical assistants are horrible individuals with no bed side manner nor any customer service whatsoever. Not helpful first time visit. Receptionist couldn’t answer questions regarding new patient process. Clinic was empty and they told me the first appointment available would be in a month. The doctors may be good, but I guess I’ll never know.
this new receptionist Jennifer does not have a very nice tone. i’m freaking out about covid right now, i need to get tested, and this lady tells me in the most nonchalant tone that i need to wait an hour because there’s a busy line? this happened two hours ago mind you, i tried calling again right now and the call just hangs up…
I am so grateful to have found a clinic with such friendly staff. I am no longer waiting over two hours to be seen by the Doctor. Yet again Dr. Tovar took his time evaluating me and answering any questions I had. Jennifer was extremely friendly and helpful as always and I appreciate that very much. It’s a huge blessing to find a clinic with such a friendly environment.
