Staffs are nice and honest.
I have been twice into this branch to sort a problem with my on line banking. Every time I get home, I am still unable to log in. Yesterday I was seen immediately by Frances Liang who sorted my problem in an efficient and kindly manner. She was brilliant and did not treat me like an incompetent senior.! Well done.
