Went here to transfer funds out from investment saver and the moustached guy is asking for a St George card as an ID which I didn’t bring but I have my drivers license, Medicare and passport but he won’t look at them he’s looking for a St George ATM card. Very unhelpful won’t go here again. Went to St George Chatswood instead and such a contrast. Chatswood people were very helpful and accommodating and do no need a St George ATM card as I have all my ID’s.
I could not speak to anyone when I phoned today. I found the 1333330 number useless.
