Very nice management company.
EDIT: Respomding to their reponse, the carpet thing is a literal lie. She told me the apartment was rented 'as is,' and she refused to do anything about it aside from having them spot clean it again. I spoke to the cleaner, and he spoke with her and got her to reach out to the owner. The owner is awrsome. Idk who the cleaner who spoke to her was, but he is my hero. Had a light fixture fall from the ceiling and was hanging by electrical wires. I had back surgery a few weeks ago and couldn't climb a ladder. Scheduled a time and they came andfixed it in about 30 minutes. No mess, friendly and I didn't have to do a thing.
Our rental property has had a plethora of issues since moving in, Samantha and Trey are always on the ball helping us get them taken care of. we have had a great experience working with them and STG!
