This is the first time we have rented in over 40 years. My wife and I sold our home and decided to rent for a while until we decide what we’re going to do next. It has been such a good experience, or considering to just keep on renting for now. It’s nice not to have to do yardwork, and yet still enjoy the good parts of having a yard for the grandkids.
