2 MAJOR ISSUES 1. Bought a BMW 330i I found while looking online and saw the “Free Lifetime Oil Changes” banner across - good deal price, practically sold me because these can be expensive. Called and made an appt for service to get this oil change 2 months later to take advantage - front desk told me a price.. hmm strange. Purchased a vehicle here and almost immediately began experiencing a suspension issue. I kept hearing a rattling noise and brought it to their attention multiple times, but I was told they were unable to duplicate the concern. I checked it myself and discovered a broken rear strut mount something that clearly does not happen overnight. The strut mount was then repaired.
