Terrible experience-they will low ball you when you go in! Go elsewhere!
We drove 50 miles on a Sunday to sell our car after being referred here. Once we arrived, they told us the person we had been communicating with only works online and wasn't available. Then they said they have a policy that prevents them from purchasing our car. This could have been explained before we made the trip. Instead, they wasted half of our Sunday for nothing. I won't be coming back.
Harassing people endlessly is not the way to sell cars. Do better.
2 MAJOR ISSUES 1. Bought a BMW 330i I found while looking online and saw the “Free Lifetime Oil Changes” banner across - good deal price, practically sold me because these can be expensive. Called and made an appt for service to get this oil change 2 months later to take advantage - front desk told me a price.. hmm strange. I knew when I came in to take my paperwork that I signed and received copies of - didnt bother to argue over phone. Sure enough, waited 1.5 hrs to speak to someone and after looking through my own copies ... read more
