They are amazing! They did an outstanding job and they were there to take care of the tree that had fallen on the roof and between the insurance company claims there were very helpful and was there the next day to take care of the situation. My HAT is off to *** and his crew. Thank you!!!
This is 2nd time using ******* ************ to cut down a tree. Both times we were provided a bid quickly and scheduled service to be done very quickly, this time they cut one down and trimmed up a tree we kept.The guys show up on time and ready to work. They are Very Efficient. They do a great job grinding down the tree and raking up excess. Great price and Great Job Id highly recommend this Company
I was referred to them and used them a few months ago. The only reason I got a decent price is because they agreed to match a quote I had from another company. My Grandpa had a tree fall down so we referred him. They took advantage of him and charged him nearly 4 times the price of ours. I understand the price can depend on the size, area, condition of the tree, etc. But, I don't understand how we paid so much less for two trees that hung above our house and power lines while he only had one tree that had already fallen down... read more

Didnt hire them city work. They did decide to take the liberty to urinate in my front yard. I cant believe people act this way. So unprofessional.

Not a review on business. Kc Metro Tree truck nearly drove me off the road. Don't know if he was impaired or just negligent. Unfortunately the business is advertised all over the truck. Inches from a lawsuit for your business.
Their bidding process was easy and fair. The workers were so professional. My job was large and included many close areas and they did a tremendous job with no problems. When they left, the yard was clean and smooth. I would highly recommend this company.

Received bid....wont honor the bid. Cancelled 3 times. Called Monday and promised to be there! Another failure and not even a text or phone call! Bruce is a huge disappointment to this business and im not sure why he doesnt read his own customer satisfaction guarantee...? Only guarantee with this company is to be frustrated, aggravated, and humiliated! Unhappy in Independence
